Return and Refund Policy

Delivery


Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is £3.99.


All of our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.


A Gift Wrap option is available for an additional £3.50. Simply choose your options when you check out before final payment.



International Delivery


The postage costs for international deliveries are based on the weight. This will be shown at the checkout stage for all orders up to 20kg.



EU Taxes and Tariffs


Please be aware, due to the UK leaving the European Union, unfortunately we do not have control over what (if any) duties will be charged by EU Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties applied to their order, including taxes and tariffs. Orders refused by customers can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties and a 20% administration fee.

Returning an Order


Sometimes it just doesn't work out. We get that. If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order, we ask that you contact our sales team and return the item in its original packaging with the security seal unbroken within 30 days to:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning unwanted items, so the postage cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.


Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that your refund has been issued. Please note the item must be returned with the original packaging, as new, unused, and free of defects


If you cancel your order before the items are shipped out a refund will be issued right away.


We also accept an exchange of goods provided you are happy to cover postage of the replacement item.


If you are not sure about any of the above then please do not hesitate to contact us - we are always more than happy to discuss such matters.



Damaged or Faulty Goods


In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we can offer a full refund within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. We simply require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty item with tracking number.


To return a damaged or faulty item is free of charge, please email contact@getting-jiggy.com with your name, address and order number and our customer service team will generate a shipping label for you.


Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that a refund has been issued and feel free to order the item again from our website.
